**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to develop new markets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify customer needs, provide technical support, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress towards achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
- Participate, organize and execute face-to-face client meetings, attend conferences, tradeshows and industry events.
- Manage public bids for municipal contracts and service
- Support, build and execute detailed quotations and requirements for both end clients and partners.
- Follow up with clients directly on completed tasks, open quotes, future and growth opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 Years of outside sales experience with proven experience
- Proven sales record with new equipment and aftermarket service
- Degree in engineering or relevant field experience as a Millwright
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust processes as needed.
- Strong understanding of separation and pumping technologies including; centrifuge, vibration analysis, API 610 pumps, mechanical seals and process systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed
- Passport for international travel

**Salary**:

- Negotiable and determined based on work experience.

Salary Base Pay: To be negotiated (Base plus commission)

Expected hours: 40 per week
