- Drive Operational Excellence in the facility via Lean/Kaizen events, CI activities, Projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Lead Lean initiatives and projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency (OEE).
- Manage a portfolio of process improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean/TPM principles and best practices.
- Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Ensure that improvements are sustained over time through effective documentation and standardization of processes.
- Create effective communication channels to disseminate project insights and results throughout the organization.
- Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager in discussing matters of importance.
- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS**

**An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications**:

- Strong preference for bachelor's degree in relative major; will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience - 2 years minimum in a Continuous Improvement role (100% of duties = CI) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certifications a plus.
- 5-years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in holding LEAN events, value stream analysis.
- Experience working with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
