**A day in the life of the Project/Service Manager would be**:

- Manage and oversee all service and warranty work, including scheduling and ensuring timely completion of projects, managing and vetting sub installers nationwide
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and inquiries; including using client service portals
- Work closely with the Install Manager to address reoccurring issues and come up with solutions for clients
- Coordinate with project management and estimating teams
- Manage all outsourced sub installers, create and approve partnership contracts
- Manage and execute some production projects both nationally and locally
- Support Project Managers and Permit team with various tasks to ensure top client experience

**Compensation DOE**:

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service management, project management, or project coordinator role; preferably within the sign manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and materials preferred
