Lease Processing Specialist

- Work closely with the Leasing and Sales Manager on projects.
- Confirm holds & send POLT and MMD for remaining signatures
- When needed, transfer prospects into VRM, and move into the tenant screen if managed or non-managed.
- Prepare lease templates.
- Send and track lease agreements, renewals, and accompanying documents.
- Respond to Applicant and Co-signer questions.
- For managed properties; enter recurring changes; rental increases to recurring charges; update comment section of tenant screen; add Epay information.
- Track ALL lease assignment/sublet inquiries on the lease assignment pad of the Admin Leasing Spreadsheet.
- Turn off outgoing tenant's Epay, terminate recurring charges, and update lease end date.
- Set up incoming tenants' Epay and recurring charges.
- Send lease assignment/sublet, cosigner form (if applicable), and Epay form (if applicable).
- Upload signed documents to history and notes.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in data entry
- Previous experience in real estate administration and sales - preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
