Full Charge Bookkeeper

To ensure success as a full charge bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail. A skilled full charge bookkeeper efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company, streamlining the business. Quickbooks a must. Knowledge of "efi e-pace" MIS software is a plus.
- Reconcile and maintain accurate balance sheet and P&L
- Record and pay accounts payable
- Issue invoices and collect from customers
- Process payroll thru ADP
- Create monthly financial statements and related financial reports
- Account for fixed assets
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Collect information as needed for the annual audit
- Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
- Monitor cash levels
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
