**Position Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide unparalleled remote support for clients spanning across a range of industries
- Provide vendor liaison support for software issues/inquiries as needed
- Conduct regular on-site visits to a subset of VMX Technologies clients

Infrastructure support for servers, firewall, switches, routers, and other networking equipment
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and implement changes to Microsoft Intune compliance baselines, configuration profiles, and conditional access policies

Work with supervisor to implement solutions that have been designed, evolving with best-security practices over time. (MFA, Spam Filters, Security auditing, Industry Compliance)
- 2+ years of managing networks with small to large clients.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Prior Experience working in an MSP environment
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Proven experience working with VDI technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop, VMWare Horizons, AWS Workspaces

**Schedule**:
M-F, 7:00AM-4:00PM
Travel on-site to client locations approximately 30% of the time using company vehicle. Rotating on-call weekends
WFH Remotely when necessary
