Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment disbursement
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

**Experience**:

- Strong background in payroll management
- Experience in accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to accounting functions
- Previous experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles
- Proficiency in journal entries and reconciliations
- Familiarity with ADP and HRIS systems is a plus
