**About the Role**:
As a **Material Inbound Coordinator**, you will manage the administrative coordination and receiving of incoming materials deliveries and act as an interface to our customer as well as to the carrier.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate **day-by-day delivery schedule**:

- ** Administrate receiving** of incoming material deliveries
- ** Issue Management**:

- ** Follow defined processes** and execute plan to ensure material storing
- ** Ensuring accurate data management **to maintain the quality of warehouse data.
- Actively support the team with **best practices and lessons learned**

**Who we are looking for**:

- High School degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English

**Your preferred qualifications**:

- Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in Spanish
