**Responsibilities**:

- Point of Contact for Investors at End of Lease
- Provide Investors with details of End of Lease sales, renewals and returns
- Send out monthly reporting to investors with current status of leases past maturity
- Process all End of Lease activity in LeaseWave and Great Plains, including sales, renewals, and returns
- Bill payoffs on the system of record as well as ensure all necessary documents are properly filed
- Process Dollar Buyouts and End of Lease asset drops (ie Upfront Sales Tax and other full payout assets)
- Run monthly reports out of Leasewave and Great Plains for End of Lease team
- Prepare Return Authorizations and confirm equipment is returned timely
- Process third party inspection invoices, bill lessee’s, send to Accounts Payable, coordinate with Cash and Accounting for repayment
- Provide Back up to Senior End of Lease Specialist
- Prepare and update Transaction Summaries
- Review all End of Lease requests to ensure timely response
- Prepare Proposals to Lessee’s
- Assist in the processing and documenting of lease renewals and amendments

Qualifications / Education:
**_ Preferred Education:_**

Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree - in a Business concentration or equivalent work experience preferred.

**_
Preferred Prior Work Experience:_**

One to two years experience in an operational/accounting/reporting role.

**Skills**:

- Leasing documentation and/or operational experience
- Strong accounting/reconciliation capabilities
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel knowledge
- Technical aptitude
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proven decision making skills
- Professional demeanor/positive disposition
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients in both a verbal and written manner
- Experience with reporting systems
