**Responsibilities**:

- Streamline office processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Oversee and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on project status and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Construction Office Manager or Project Coordinator (2 years).
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, project management software, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

**Salary and Benefits**:
