Position Title: Office Assistant/ AP Clerk
Pay: $21-$27 per hour
Hours/Days: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm (flexible)
**Essential Functions**:
- AP Clerk:_
- Vendor setups into M3 Accounting Core
- W9 vendors
- Enter invoices into M3
- Auto pay management and booking
- Voiding checks and invoices as necessary
- File invoices away in folders/server
- Run check run each week (Friday's)
- Mail out checks weekly
- Input payroll entries for all entities
- Pay Workers Compensation & benefit invoices
- AR Clerk:_
- Invoice properties
- Log deposits into logs
- Prepare deposits for the bank
- Make weekly deposits to Wells Fargo
- Enter deposits into M3 weekly
- Office Assistant:_
- Ordering general supplies for the office
- Accept and sign for packages received
- Check/open general mail and distribute accordingly
- Send chargebacks to the properties

**Qualifications**:
- Excel and Word proficiency and skills
- Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
- Willingness to learn accounting terms and basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be self-driven, have ability to multitask and plan and complete your own tasks.
**Hours and Schedule**:
- This job is a part-time (-30 Hours/Week), hourly job with flexibility.
- The applicant is required to log the hours worked in Paycom Payroll services and will be paid semi-monthly.
**The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work.**
