Business Development Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Revenue Tech**: Support the understanding, optimizing & adoption of our sales tech across the revenue organization (Cognism, Clearbit, SalesLoft, SalesNav, etc.
- **Event Support**: Collaborate with revenue operations to implement marketing campaigns (ie. ABM Campaigns, Industry Events and Tradeshows) including planning outreach schedule, sales messaging, and follow-up activities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on the effectiveness of Inbound and Outbound prospecting utilizing data to refine tactics and improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with revenue operations to define operational process/strategies and optimize customer outreach. Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring CRM data in HubSpot and SFDC is up-to-date and actionable.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A track record of success in a metric driven environment
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a specific focus on SaaS environments
- Experience creating outbound messaging, measuring results, and scaling those efforts
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Proactive and self-starter attitude, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
