Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Distribution Resource Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team. This role is Full-time DAY shift working Full time Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

**Requirements for consideration**:

- High School or GED
- 3 years of relevant experience

**Job Responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Develops corrective action plan for any service level issues and communicates to supply chain team.
- Collects feedback from distribution staff on opportunities for improvements.
- Communicates to team lead on the status for resolution of service level issues in a timely manner.
- Supports the technicians with cycle counting of the storeroom inventory.
- Ensures the crash carts are restocked in a timely manner.
- Ensures all issues with associated stock and non-stock orders are resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with corporate supply chain and Accounting to address any system issues with stockroom inventory.
- Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed by distribution staff.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
