**Position**: Solar Sales Representative

Are you driven, enthusiastic, and ready to unlock unlimited earning potential? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives in the vibrant Inland Empire residential market. As a key player in our sales force, you'll engage with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and drive the transition towards a greener future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations, educating homeowners on the advantages of solar energy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Utilize market insights to identify and cultivate leads, contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales approaches.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce software.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and deepen solar knowledge.
- Manage customer accounts with promptness and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to installation.

**Requirements**:

- Availability for evening and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Full-time commitment with a flexible schedule (Tuesday-Saturday preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a reliable transportation and smartphone (iOS preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in industries such as home security sales, satellite TV sales, or direct sales.
- Background in sales or familiarity with solar energy.
