Your Role as a Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of exciting marketing initiatives, driving brand success in Long Beach, and beyond. Your dynamic energy, creativity, and people-centric approach will be the driving force behind our client’s marketing campaigns.

Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Implement and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Audience Engagement: Interact with target audiences through events and in person promotional kiosks to build relationships.
  • Community Building: Develop initiatives like loyalty programs and exclusive events to foster brand loyalty.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Demonstrations and Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and support sales efforts to drive conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer service teams to integrate marketing efforts.
  • Team Support: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through active participation and support.

Requirements:
