Total Environmental Concepts, Inc. (TEC), a Petroleum Service and Construction company, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher that will handle various administrative and project coordination tasks. This is a full-time, hourly position that is located at our corporate office located in Laurel, MD.

**Essential Functions**
- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Answer phones and direct to appropriate staff.
- Perform dispatching duties as requested.
- Assist with various reporting requirements.
- Coordinate, maintain, and update schedules within multiple departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Red Team or other Project Management experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Ability to multi-task and be a hard-working team player.
- Ability to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines.
- Must be reliable and maintain a professional demeanor.

**Supervisory Responsibility**

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

**Work Environment**

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other office machines or equipment.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an office employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

**Position Type/Days & Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position. The hourly range is $18-$20 per hour. Days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday generally from 7am to 4pm.
