As a **Sales Representative** at U.S. Air Tool Co., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships around the world, interacting with clients in many regions throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and process sales quotes efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Quoting**: Process incoming sales quotes promptly and accurately using our internal systems and tools.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. Please note: We will provide training as part of this role.

4. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.

5. **Order Processing**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

6. **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the sales process.

**Requirements**:
1. **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role. Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred but not required.

2. **Sales Quoting**: Demonstrated ability to process sales quotes accurately and efficiently.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

4. **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.

5. **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to achieve common goals.

6. **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

7. **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

8. **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with a CRM software is preferred.
