We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence,
- Assist with medical office tasks such as maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments, mail letters, call clients
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Act as a personal assistant to executives by handling administrative tasks
- Utilize Google Suite to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other audio recordings accurately
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
