**Primary Functions**:

- Must be able to work with customers directly.
- Process Orders - Receive orders from customers, check accuracy and all necessary information.
- Follow up orders to meet customer's expected delivery date.
- Keep customers updated if needed be.
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Well organized with Attention to details.
- Basic computer experience.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Organized and Punctual.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform in a high paced work environment.
- Minimum experience as customer service preferred.
