**Responsibility**
The position is hybrid-eligible, but is not fully remote; the schedule will be coordinated with the hiring manager.
- Scheduling meetings
- Maintaining the department out-of-office calendar
- Telephone reference checks of applicants for the agency's contracts
- Attending strategic sourcing procurement meetings, and creating and distributing meeting minutes
- Procurement tasks in agency procurement systems, including file uploads and database updates
- Auditing records/files for accuracy and completeness in agency procurement and vendor sales reporting systems

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Boston, MA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Boston, MA: Relocate before starting work (required)
