Director of Business Development
The Role
As a Director of Business Development at DOXA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by targeting, building, and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will leverage your extensive network of connections to identify opportunities and drive growth. Your primary focus will be to serve as a DOXA brand ambassador, connecting with executives of mid-market companies to develop bespoke talent solutions.
Essential Functions
- Build and maintain a local network of professional referrers in your market.
- Serve as a DOXA brand ambassador at local industry and business events.
- Identify and prospect for clients who can benefit from our services.
- Develop bespoke talent solutions with executives of mid-market companies.
- Prepare proposals and close sales in accordance with our guidelines to drive growth.
- Lead negotiation processes and overcome objections to closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to and expand relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure all input and output metrics are tracked within our CRM system.
- Invest in the team by actively sharing your knowledge with other team members.
- Meet or exceed quota on an annual basis.
Additional Functions
- Travel to events to represent DOXA as needed, even internationally.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Established network of community leaders
- Track record of sales success in a remote environment
- Experience selling high-end services to business leaders
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Superior listening skills and problem-solving skills
- Advanced understanding of core business concepts
- Strong experience using sales technology
- Comfortable with public speaking for both small and medium-sized audiences
Education and Experience
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field Success Metrics

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
