Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. **Responsibilities**
- Performs general maintenance work on a daily basis, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
- Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance by either providing these activities or working as a team member to achieve these results.
- Maintains the grounds by mowing, sweeping, and trimming trees and shrubs, or other activities, such that the outside grounds are always presentable.
- Conducts daily inspections of the building exterior and ground equipment. Inspect storage rooms, work rooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control, and to assure that necessary equipment is available and working properly.
- Keeps accurate maintenance records of work done, inventory and purchasing. Manages expenses through knowledge of budget. May purchase maintenance supplies, tools, and appliances. May maintain inventory of master key system.
**Qualifications**
- Requires two years of related maintenance experience and some formal training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.
- Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs at assigned location, problem solve, plan, organize, communicate, and cooperate with others. - Supervisory/leadership experience necessary
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
