- **What You'll Do**:_
- **Roofing**_
- _Attend training in office and in the field for the first month_
- _Meet at our office for weekly sales meetings and work with your supervisor regularly for ongoing training_
- _Meet with prospective clients (inbound and outbound), inspecting the exterior and sometimes interior of homes for storm damage_
- _Sign preliminary contracts with clients and meet with insurance adjusters to show them storm damage_
- _Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your clients throughout their relationship with SmartRoof_
- **Solar**_
- _Go through our 2-week solar sales fastrack launch_
- _Set appointments for homeowners interested in solar_
- _Become an expert in renewable energy and the benefits of solar_
- _Learn how to close solar deals through the #1 and #2 most effective method_
- _Attend daily team meetings_
