**Senior Project Admin / Project Coordinator**

Location: New Jersey (4 days a week in office)

Fulltime

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule workshops, book conference rooms, order food for meetings.
- Collect status reports from Project Managers and prepare a consolidated status report.
- Responsible for all file management and ensuring that the team is uploading assets, dashboard information and critical files.
- Track vendor invoices and payments.
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and maintain Outlook calendar.
- Take notes in the meetings and distribute action items.
- Responsible for creating and sharing meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
- Assist in preparing project presentations.
- Assist with the travel arrangements for the project team.
- Perform other office related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or project coordinator/admin in IT department.
- Expert level experience of using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Be able to create Pivot tables and graphs in Excel.
- Must be disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and have ability to function independently in a multi-task environment
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.
- Experience with ServiceNow - able to create requests in ServiceNow.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
