Your administrative duties will include processing loan payments, reviewing delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all data. Review of new loan documentation and remediation of related issues, assisting stakeholders with account related inquiries and information, maintaining and reporting results and other consumer loan responsibilities and projects, as assigned.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Comply with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to consumer lending processes and related credit union activities
- Validate, and accurately process disbursements related to FinTech partner loan programs.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of all FinTech partnership program summaries
- Responsible for the ongoing quality review of applicable loan documents/files/transactions to ensure adherence to established bank policies and procedures.
- Complete daily balancing functions and / or work all queues, as assigned
- Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, with partners, servicers and others internally and externally regarding loan documentation or the deficiency thereof
- Provide support and assistance to the Consumer Loan Operations Manager and Senior Specialist, as directed
- Complete quality review or audit processes, or satisfaction of designated stipulations, as assigned
- Identify potential non-compliance issues, problem areas and trends by describing facts and circumstances and providing findings in a timely manner.
- Reconcile loan approvals, loan documents and core system to ensure that loan documents and servicing system are accurate.
- Record QC results into appropriate systems of record - Prioritize reviews in a fast-paced environment to meet stakeholder and client expectations.
- Review and process all rejected and returned items for the Consumer Loan portfolio
- Maintain a delinquency and CARS report for all Consumer Loans across loan servicers and follow up when needed
- Process any forbearances, charge offs, and other loss mitigation requests
- Review and maintain reporting for any credit disputes
- Maintain multiple logs for the department including Insurance tracking, third-party remittances, and bankruptcy
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES**:

- 2 Yr College Degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team focused environment.
- Great attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Knowledge of FinTech Operations a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
☒ High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

☒ College degree or equivalent work experience.

☐ Advanced degree or equivalent experience.

**Required Years of Work Experience**:4+**

**Preferred Education/Experiences**:

- Attention to Detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of consumer loans and associated processing requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required
- Minimum (4) years banking experience of which at least (2) years concentrated in Loan Operations a strong plus
- Knowledge of FinTech Operations a strong plus.
