As a full-time member of the Branch Resource Team, you will participate in proactive sales and customer service initiatives, including processing teller transactions.

Team members in the Branch Resource Team will travel among their designated branches, with work locations potentially changing on a daily basis. Reliable transportation is essential for those in the Branch Resource Team to effectively work across multiple branches.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying their financial objectives and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

In a concierge capacity, you will assist walk-in customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.

Demonstrating a strong comfort level with technology, you will educate customers on optimizing their use of banking technology (including online, mobile, and ATM services) to facilitate convenient banking and better money management.

Proficiency in consumer deposit products and lending is essential.

Proactively seek opportunities to expand customer relationships through a structured sales approach, follow-up programs for new customers, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from clients and partners.

Provide education and referrals to customers for other bank services to deepen relationships and cultivate strong internal partnerships in accordance with operational guidelines.

Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Exhibit proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, communication, and engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions.

As a member of the Branch Resource Team, you will support a designated group of branches within Huntington's network.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Essential Qualifications:


A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree.


Preferred Qualifications:
1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-oriented retail sales.
Experience with cash handling.
Familiarity with technology, including mobile and online banking services.
