- Contacting Clients for Collecting
- Maintain statement of Accounts
- Record /Log out payments
- Record Deposits
- Liaison for Contracts
- Maintain Subcontractor Compliance
- Ordering of Office Supplies
- Computer skills, internet research experience, strong communication skills are a must.
- Customer service experience is needed, reconciling receipts, processing invoices for payments, noting shortages/preparing discrepancies of shipments.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in our database systems.
**Requirements**:
- Valid DL
