- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Obtain and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with patient education by providing information on medications, procedures, and follow-up care
- Handle patient inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in performing vital signs measurements accurately
- Experience in medical office settings
- Familiarity with pain management or primary care settings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including geriatric patients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals

**Requirements**:

- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required
- Prior experience working in primary care or pain management settings is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
