Digital Operations Representative

**Summary**: The Digital Operations Representative is responsible for servicing customers and prospects by fielding questions, solving problems, and responding to electronic channel inquiries. The role will also be responsible for managing the digital online account opening workflows and decision queues.

**Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inquiries and service consumer and business clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform services requested by customers including profile updates and account maintenance. Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
- Utilize a variety of systems when responding to customer requests and offer solutions.
- Follow-up with customers and colleagues according to the departmental service level agreement timeframes.
- Support branch network and Private Bankers in establishing new accounts.
- Monitor Branch and Private Banking Service Desk ticketing system.
- Write and modify procedures to provide instructions and create efficiencies throughout the department, Branch, and Private Banking Network.
- Expedite deposit transitions accurately.
- Reconcile Online Account Opening GL’s.
- Recognize opportunities for process improvement and communicate to management.
- Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by supervisors and /or management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in retail banking or a call center.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask questions to understand customer concerns and overcome objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver; able to make decisions.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work both independently and efficiently.
- Outstanding time management skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented; exhibit flexibility and willingness to work at a rapid pace.
- Must be able to find a high-volume, dynamic, and team-focused environment engaging.
