**Position Details**
Provide quality services that facilitate recovery and wellness for primarily women with substance use concerns and their families. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community and include case management, support and sharing of personal history with and knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
**Position Requirements**:
- Proven ability to address the recovery needs of individuals
- Proven ability to share personal recovery journey in a support way, even if recovery path is different from that of the client
- Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance and clean driving history
- Current certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or ability to pursue the certification
