Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including offices, common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, and warehouses
- Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning restrooms and stocking them with supplies
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring that closets are stocked for the next shift
- Notifying the Facility Coordinator when repairs are needed, such as changing light bulbs
- Performing other duties as required and as part of the team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision and with safety in mind
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other office software
The ideal candidate will have:
- A GED or diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in janitorial or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively interact with peers and teams
