Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including offices, common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, and warehouses
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning restrooms and stocking them with supplies
  • Maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring that closets are stocked for the next shift
  • Notifying the Facility Coordinator when repairs are needed, such as changing light bulbs
  • Performing other duties as required and as part of the team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision and with safety in mind
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other office software
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A GED or diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in janitorial or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively interact with peers and teams
