**Position: Business Development Officer (Hybrid)**

**Location: New York, USA**

**Salary: $12,000 to $36,000 per year**

**Commission: 10% on Revenue**

**Monthly Revenue Target: $5k per week/ $20k per month**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Physical Meetings**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and close deals.
- **Follow-Up with Clients**:Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify additional business opportunities.
- **Pipeline Management**:Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress through the sales funnel.
- **Prospecting**: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and cold outreach.
- **Revenue Generation**: Achieve monthly revenue targets amounting $5k per week/ $20k per month through effective sales strategies and client management.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel within New York for client meetings.

**Compensation**
- Base Salary: $12,000 to $36,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Commission: 10% on the revenue generated

Pay: $12,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
