**About the Opening**

Advanced Appliance has an immediate opening for the position of Salesperson. Advanced Appliance specializes in appliance sales, delivery, installation, and servicing. We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible & friendly Salesperson to join our team. If this is you, we want to hear from you

In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment.

Primary duties include:

- Customer Service - due to the length of the sale (initial interaction, sale, and delivery to install) follow up with customers, answer questions for customers, designers and contractors.
- Ensure traffic moves within the store and all customers receive service from sales staff.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Supports customer interaction from pre-call and walkthrough to installation and post-sale follow up.
- Administrative - Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of trending appliances and timely replenishment.
- Act as final call for customer concerns, identifies the appropriate remedy for a customer concern.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments related to appliances.
- Cross-trained to help with delivery & installations

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Must have a friendly and healthy attitude toward their job and customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- A minimum of 1 years' retail sales experience
- 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields
- HS Diploma or GED is desired
- Able to participate in physical labor (Physical ability to lift and move appliances)
- Be friendly & respectful towards customers and their property
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong computer skills
- Problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of technology
- Be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1 year of administrative experience
- 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Experience with Home Appliances is a plus

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Representative: 1 year (required)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
