This role is responsible for developing customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving a wide variety of customer problems or customer installation inquiries, verbally or in writing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service with prompt, accurate, and complete information for all communications
- Serve as the primary and first point of contact for technical support, product specifications, troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
- Log and maintain data for every customer interaction
- Coordinate with our photographer/videographer in creating instructional manuals/videos
- Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred
- Requires basic knowledge of automotive lighting
- Requires basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components
- Automotive mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, follow through and stay focused
- Proficient using MS Office: Word and Excel and social media platforms Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:
