A strong first impression with customers is an essential part of the automotive process. In this roll you will provide a friendly, helpful voice to our service customers providing them with finance or lease options for their current cars. This salary/commission position has a five day work cycle (8am to 5pm) including weekends and holidays.

**Your Daily Work Schedule**:

- You will maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models becoming an expert on your industry.
- You have at least two years selling experience and have learned to overcome objections and thrive within the sales situation.
- You will create a positive buying experience for the customer by Interacting and consulting to guide them through their vehicle purchase creating a lifelong customer.
- You will test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features.
- You will make daily phone calls, follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments and close sales.
- You will reach out to customers to make sure they have had an exceptional experience at the dealership, addressing any immediate issues with a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
