**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support the titling and finance departments on funding in a timely manner
- Create and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed

**Experience**:

- Event planning
- Clerical skills
- File management
- Calendar management
- Excellent communication skills
- Self driven individual
- Team aptitude
- Previous knowledge of loan paperwork and titling is a bonus

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
