Position Overview

The Neenah Manager oversees all duties related to the Neenah consignment auctions, ensuring smooth office operations and managing administrative support. Additionally, this role involves providing direction and guidance to all staff, customers and sellers at the overseeing location. The Neenah Manager plays a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.


Reports to

Operations Manager


Operation Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations
  • Consistently provide friendly courteous assistance, exceeding customer’s

expectations in building and maintaining healthy professional relationships within

the workplace for customers and staff.

  • Setting up and closing of online auctions
  • Supervise and manage location auctions
  • Manage inventory office and auction supplies 
  • When needed, provide clerical support for cashing out auctions
  • Maintaining database and lists of sellers 
  • Oversee and manage titles
  • Greeting customers as needed
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Performing general office duties as needed
  • Responsibly handle cash and credit card payments 
  • Follow cash-handling procedures of the company
  • Overseeing deposits from each day and making sure they are getting into the bank
  • Manage drawers to make sure they are at the correct starting amount  
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned   


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash
  • Ability to solve any problems that occur quickly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong customer service
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Knowledge of computer skills


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • College education recommended
  • 5 years previous office management experience required
