**Job Opportunity: Engagement Manager**

As Engagement Manager, you would share the Community Foundation story and help us achieve our mission of connecting people and resources to address local challenges and opportunities.

You would enjoy building relationships and have a strong desire to work on a team with a shared vision of improving the quality of life in Huntington County.

**What your workday would look like**:

- **Relationship Building**:You will maintain strong reciprocal relationships with donors, community members and volunteers.
- **Storytelling**:You will bring to life the stories of community members and grantees that are essential to the advancement of our mission/vision.
- **Donor Stewardship**:You will work closely with the Executive Director on identification, cultivation and stewardship of new/existing donors.
- **Communications/Branding**:You will create engaging content for our digital/print communications and maintain a consistent brand across all platforms.
- **Volunteer Facilitation**:You will ensure volunteers have accurate/timely information.
- **Event Coordination**:You will work with our team to coordinate various events/meetings.
- **Database Maintenance**:You will maintain accurate donor records and create efficient workflows by utilizing various technology platforms.

**Specifics**:
Status: You would start as an hourly, non-exempt employee with the ability for advancement based on performance over time.

Pay: You would be paid up to $24 per hour depending on experience plus a $500 monthly, tax-free health reimbursement stipend ($6,000 annual stipend depending on eligibility). You would also be eligible for annual pay increases based on performance.

Hours: We would expect you to work 35 to 40 hours per week and are flexible with how those hours are achieved depending on your specific situation. We are open to occasional remote work and early morning, night or weekend work is rare for us.

Benefits: In addition to the health stipend, we offer a 3% retirement plan match, ten paid holidays, three weeks of paid time off, and an 80% reimbursement for fitness center memberships.

Manager: You will report to our Executive Director.
