The Project Manager develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. This individual provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters. They are the primary leader for the construction project.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform project scheduling; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics.
- Effective management of all internal and external communication for each assigned project.
- Diligent fiscal responsibility for all assigned projects.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in commercial construction and steel fabrication.
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to run multiple jobs.
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Review project specifications for understanding and clarification of scope.
- Identify submittal requirements and coordinate assembly of submittal packages.
- Create and obtain approval on Change Orders as needed.
- Understand and promote the company’s vision and values.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and integrity.
- Take initiative and seek responsibility.
- Seek continuous improvement of knowledge and abilities.
- Approach all situations with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Sustain existing client relationships and develop new client relationships.
- Understand and know what tasks are more important than others; discern what needs to be solved immediately and what can wait; ability to multi-task effectively.
- Exhibit respectfulness by being punctual, engaged/focused, and respectful of others.
- Ability to plan and see the “BIG PICTURE”.
- Above average communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.

**Required Talents**:

- Motivated, self-starter with attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, good communication skills who is highly organized.
- Ability to work well within a team structure or independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
