Position Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced individual to fill an open Project Management position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent people skills, and a desire to deliver projects safely, on time and under budget. This individual will manage projects from notice to proceed through closeout and final billing. Reports to the Director of Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from award to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
  • Solicit and evaluate various service providers for bids on projects.
  • Interact with trade partners, confirming scope, negotiating pricing, and coordinating work.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and tools.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to customers, consultants, and team members.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and assist other team members when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years) in Construction or Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • A commitment to work safety, effective communication, and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Pass a standard background check for access to “secure” locations.
  • Proficient in project management and other software tools.
