**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics development, standard operating procedures, and general administrative compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with current administrative policies and task requirements, executive secretariat guidelines, formats, and procedures; drafts responses to written request; corrects and completes clearance documentation; and utilizes acceptable style, tone, and timeliness.
- Initiating drafts and/or editing responses to letters, memos, briefing memorandum, and other executive correspondence products using template language and standard formatting styles.
- Uses databases, spreadsheets, and SharePoint tools to track time frames and progress of developing, clearing, and submitting executive correspondence documents and responses to internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- A BS/BA degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in demonstrated experience performing similar duties as listed above.
- 3-5 years working with MS 365 tools required, particularly Outlook, Excel and MS Teams.
- 3-5 years managing calendars, appointment settings, arranging large meetings and conference calls.
- 3-5 years reviewing and editing documents.
- 3-5 years working within strict policies and procedures.

**Eligibility Requirements**:
- Must be eligible to receive a DHS suitability clearance.*
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Experience with SharePoint.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Strong ability to work with all levels of employees including Executive.

- **Active Suitability Clearance.**
**Location**:
- Remote/Hybrid
- One Day a week on-site in Arlington, VA.
