Dermatology Associates of Virginia (DAV) is expanding its Richmond presence and is offering a complete skincare experience with a new clinical location dedicated solely to all of Richmond’s aesthetic needs. Located in the near West End at Reynolds Crossing, the Center encompasses a calming and inviting environment offering the latest in science-forward skincare solutions, advanced facial treatments, and medical aesthetics injections, complemented by a curated range of skincare products.

**Position Requirements**:
**The front desk concierge will also**:

- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Manage and resolve recurring problems.
- Be conscientious, patient, flexible, honest, and dependable.
- Possess superior communication skills to deal with other employees and patients in a professional and positive manner.
- Perform other duties as requested by providers, administrator, or supervisor.
- Keep the patient waiting area clean and presentable.
- Take product inventory and stock skincare products.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- GED/High School Education
- Outstanding customer service skills and minimum of 1 year experience in a medical spa/cosmetic/salon environment or with a premiere retail store is preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff, patients, physicians, and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Pay: From $16.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
