**Duties**:

**Qualifications**:
**For the DA-03 Level**:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band or grade level (GS-05/08) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising customer on staffing solutions; 2) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, researching and gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; 3) Planning and organizing work and events; and 4) Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, verbally, and in writing.
- **For the DA-02 Level**:
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the DA-01 pay band or grade level (GS-01/04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) planning and organizing work; and 3) communicating effectively orally and in writing.

- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). **Education**:
**For the DA-03 Level**:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree; 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).

**For the DA-02 Level**:
The following education may be substituted for experience: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).
