Immediate need for experienced Payroll professional to manage and process payroll for approximately 115 employees. Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred. Accounting and reconciliation experience is also helpful but not required. _PART TIME preferred _but will consider full time.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Oversee and process semi-monthly payroll for 115 combined hourly and salaried employees across multiple branches
- Partner with time and attendance assistant to ensure accurate reporting of timecards and timely submission of payroll
- Process commissions and bonuses as part of payroll
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of payroll to general ledger

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years experience processing payroll for 100+ ee's (Paylocity experience strongly preferred)
- General accounting experience, including GL reconciliation, preferred
- Strong Excel skills

**Knowledge Skill and Ability**
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work setting:

- Office
