Our fully vertically integrated production plant and our research and development department enable us to market products and solutions that meet the highest industry standards as well as customer specific needs.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to support production for our Conroe facility.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Production Support**:
- Support production by printing, organizing, and distributing weekly schedule and required documentation in a timely manner.
- Closely monitor production processes and provide necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Understand and follow assembly processes and blueprints.
- Assist in the correction of order discrepancies.
- Identify and work closely with multiple departments to communicate production discrepancies to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with quality or production issues to drive the orders to completion.
- Receive and reconcile project documents.
- Support the transportation department by closing orders timely and accurately.
- Works independently to respond to high volume production processes.
**General Admin**:
- Provide office support to a wide range of office personnel and projects.
- Utilizing computer and office platforms for communication, data processing, and reporting.
- Creating and using spreadsheets.
- Greet and direct visitors at the facility.
- Answer phones.
- Act as a liaison with Headquarters.
- Filing.
- Maintain financial records and deposits.
- Monitor and Order Office supplies as needed.
- Managing maintenance of office equipment.
- Sort, process, and distribute mail to the correct offices.
- Assist with inventory updates.
- Assist with various other administrative tasks upon requests.
