Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the comprehensive management and coordination of production activities.
- Ensure that production deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Staff and manage crews with the right personnel to implement safe and effective production methods.
- Coordinate timely material deliveries to support production schedules.
- Develop work schedules for teams to align with labor projections and project timelines.
- Monitor staff adherence to company policies and productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct quality assessments to ensure products meet customer expectations and comply with project specifications.
- Facilitate communication with management and provide training to team members.
- Uphold company procedures, including administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with 5S process improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of quality assurance standards and health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; experience with IFS is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday. The work environment may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and mechanical components.
Travel Requirements:
- No travel is required for this position.
