As an Insurance Account Manager at Insure123, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and facilitating communication between clients and underwriters. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to commercial property insurance, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and insurance needs promptly and professionally.
- **Underwriter Communication**: Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and secure appropriate coverage for clients' commercial property insurance policies.
- **Statement of Values (SOV)**: Generate Statement of Values documents based on clients' property assets, providing detailed information on property valuation and coverage requirements.
- **Claims Management**: Facilitate the claims process for clients by assisting with claim filings, liaising with claims adjusters, and advocating on behalf of clients to ensure prompt and fair claim settlements.
- **Loss Runs**: Obtain and review loss run reports from insurance carriers, analyzing claims history and trends to assess risk and determine appropriate coverage options.
- **Broker of Record (BOR) Letters**: Prepare and process Broker of Record letters as needed, facilitating client transitions and ensuring smooth administrative procedures.
- **Building Update Data**: Gather updated building information from reliable sources, such as property owners or public records, to ensure accurate policy underwriting and coverage assessment.
- **Policy Renewals**: Proactively manage policy renewals by coordinating with clients and underwriters, conducting coverage reviews, and identifying opportunities for adjustments or improvements.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**: Maintain accurate records of client communications, policy details, and related documentation in our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Risk Assessment and Analysis**: Assess clients' risk exposures and insurance needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize coverage solutions.
- **Client Advocacy**: Advocate on behalf of clients in claims processing and resolution, working closely with claims adjusters and other stakeholders to expedite claim settlements and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the commercial property insurance sector, actively participating in training programs and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Commercial Property Insurance
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and procedures, with knowledge of Acord forms, SOV preparation, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance agency management software (e.g., AMS360, NowCerts).
- Insurance licensure (e.g., Property and Casualty license) is a plus.
