**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Southern California market, serving as their trusted advisor and partner.

- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and MCTPS offerings.
- Embrace mentorship opportunities and leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for client service and a drive to excel in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- **Ability to attend marketing, networking events, expo events.**:

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the willingness to take initiative.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
