**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Assist in preparing and presenting detailed cost estimates, budgets, and reports for internal review and client proposals.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, revisions, and correspondence.
- Stay current with industry trends, construction techniques, and material costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a construction-related role with estimating responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction estimating.
