Foreman Underground Construction

Hypower is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Underground Construction to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in underground construction, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
